Tamara, or Tammy as she likes to be called, is an odd woman. She's quiet, somewhat quirky, and quite forgetful it seems. She lives in a library. Tammy doesn't really get involved in politics, as long as you obey the visiting hours of the library, she's fine with you.
The library itself is in shambles. She's torn between wild fits of cleaning and likewise wild fits of not caring in the slightest. If someone asks her about her mood swings she will look at the person questioning her and simply state. "I'm tired of putting you back together again."

Tammy has never been in trouble or killed. She's quite odd, but that doesn't mean that she has any mutations. Odd people are all over in this city.

Little is known about Tammy other than she is the city's librarian. Somehow she's managed to remain out of all of the fighting that goes on. If asked, Tammy will explain that she's always been in the library and that she doesn't have anything else to do.
